HAWKS 91, MAVERICKS 84

The Hawks remained undefeated in the preseason as they ran their record to 4-0 with a 91-84 victory over the Mavericks in Dallas Friday night. Al Horford led the Hawks with 16 points and five rebounds. Shelvin Mack came off the bench with 13 points and Dennis Schroder started and added 11 points. John Jenkins led the Mavericks with 16 points.

Look for Thabo Sefolosha to get increased minutes as he returns from broken right leg. … Coach Mike Budenholzer said Thursday that all players would be available for the game but a playing rotation had not been determined. … Budenholzer added that the team will likely wait until the roster deadline of Oct. 26 to make final cuts.

From the Mavericks

The Hawks will see a couple of familiar faces in the Mavericks. Guard John Jenkins, who spent his first three seasons with the Hawks, was signed in the summer as a free agent. He is coming off a 26-point game against the Thunder on Tuesday. Zaza Pachulia played eight seasons with the Hawks. He was acquired in a July trade with the Bucks.
