George returns, Pacers within game of playoffs

Paul George returned to the Pacers Sunday and scored 13 points in 15 minutes of a win over the Heat on Sunday. With the win, the Pacers moved to within a game of the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference – or one game out of a third straight first-round matchup with the Hawks. They are now tied with the Heat, who have lost four straight.

The Celtics were idle Sunday and still hold the No. 8 spot. Two games separate five teams for the final two playoff spots.

The Nets are the only team in action Monday night as they host the Trail Blazers.
